He Secretary of Economy, Marcelo Ebrardarrived at Republic of Koreawhere he will participate between Wednesday and Saturday in the official activities of the Asia Pacific Cooperation Forum Summit (APEC), which is celebrated in the town of Gyeongju.
Ebrard will represent the president Claudia Sheinbaum in the leaders’ segment of the Summit, which brings together the main economies of the Pacific basin.

During his tour of the Republic of Korea, The secretary will also participate in the ministerial segment of the event and will hold bilateral meetings with ministers and senior officials from other countries.

Marcelo Ebrard’s agenda includes work meetings with executives from global companies and the presentation of Mexico’s candidacy to host the APEC Summit in 2028.
