The Government of the Mexico City reported, through its social networks, the death of Margarita Molina Ríos, mother of the head of government, Clara Brugada.
“The Government of Mexico City expresses its deepest condolences to the #ChiefOfGovernment, @ClaraBrugadaM, for the death of her mother, Margarita Molina Ríos. We accompany her family with deep respect and solidarity in this painful moment, wishing them to find comfort, strength and peace,” the message reads.
Members of the capital’s administration, mayors of CDMX, as well as the local Congress expressed their condolences to the head of Government, Clara Brugada, after the death of her mother, Mrs. Margarita Molina Ríos.
The general coordinator of C5, Salvador Guerrero Cyprespublished his condolences on social networks.
“From @C5_CDMX we accompany with deep respect the #ChiefOfGovernment, @ClaraBrugadaM, for the sensitive death of her mother, Mrs. Margarita Molina Ríos. May her memory remain as light and strength for her family. RIP,” he wrote.
In its X account, the local Congress mourned the death of the president’s mother.
“We express our solidarity and respect to her family in this moment of deep sadness. Her legacy of love, strength and dedication will remain in the memory of those who knew her and in those who honor her life today,” he published.
The mayor of Benito Juárez, Luis Mendoza Acevedoalso expressed his condolences.
