After all the rumours Megan and Conor might have been dating before Love Island even began, Megan has now straight up admitted they knew of each other before the show. Umm, ok?!
People had thought Megan and Conor might have been dating before the villa, as it was spotted he follows her on socials, and there are some pictures of them appearing to be at the same place, at the same time. And now it looks like that’s not far away from the truth… at all!
In an interview, Megan said Conor slid into her DMs BEFORE Love Island, and he’s followed her on various socials for literally years. He’s persistent, that’s for sure.
“On day one [of Love Island] Conor told me that he followed me on Instagram four years ago,” Megan told heatworld. “I never followed him back. Since coming out I’ve seen that he follows me on TikTok and he’s commented on one of my TikToks. Again, I’ve not followed him back or even realised he’d commented on one. It’s nice that he’s still trying four years later, it’s worked out for him now I suppose.”

Before this big revelation, TikTok was already on it. “Photo of Megan and Conor at the same place btw, proving they were together in real life,” photos of them in a club were captioned. “Biggest plot of 2025,” another post said. “Conor and Megan are dating in real life and have been planning this this whole time.” A pretty wild claim.
Speaking after her exit, Megan said things definitely aren’t over between her and Conor now she’s been dumped. “Conor was really upset when I left…But I didn’t want him to leave, I didn’t know what was going to happen and we only had a couple of days properly together,” she told MailOnline.
“I wouldn’t want him to make a rash decision out of emotion, but we shall see how he behaves, if someone comes in fair enough but as of now, I think there is something between us so I will see how it goes. I will definitely be watching the show but not for too long because the FOMO gets to me, I want to be in there, but I have to see the girls and their best bits and how they are getting on with the boys.”
