A small boat migrant allegedly used a translation app to tell a woman ‘I want to f**k you’ before raping her twice, a court heard.
Moustafa Elbohy, 31, a failed asylum seeker from Egypt, reportedly attacked the victim after an encounter at Charing Cross station in London.
It is alleged that Elbohy dragged the woman, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, by the arm as she went to board a train after trying to get home from a work night out.
Elbohy came to Britain in June on a dinghy and was housed in a migrant hotel – but his asylum claim dismissed last month.
He stands accused of sexual assault and has also been charged with possession of cannabis.

Elbohy is understood to have been at Charing Cross station with friends from the hotel in the early hours of September 20 when he met the woman, who asked what language they were speaking.
Despite not being able to speak any English, Elbohy asked for her name and started to shout.
He is said to have put his arm around the victim before leading her from the station despite attempting to leave in order to board her train.
The attack occurred on a nearby rooftop.
Elbohy allegedly used a translation app on his phone to tell the victim ‘I want to f**k you’.
The woman told police the Egyptian ripped her clothes off and raped her. It is said the attack was captured on CCTV.
It is understood she managed to escape by climbing over a wall and calling a friend for help.
They reported the alleged rape to police at Charing Cross station.
Elbohy appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Nimrah Ashraf, defending, told the court Elbohy should be given bail because he has depression, insomnia and anxiety.
She said: ‘He suffers from claustrophobia which will naturally be a problem within the prison environment. He gets extremely anxious.’
Simon Mansfield JP told Elbohy: ‘The seriousness of the allegations [means] we do not believe there are any measures that can be taken which can satisfy us to grant bail.’
It is understood Elbohy is considering appealing his asylum rejection.
He did not enter a plea and has been remanded in custody.
As Elbohy was led away from court he screamed: ‘I will not be able to sleep in prison. I will die. Put me in a hospital or anywhere else.’
He will appear at Southwark Crown Court on November 26.
