Monét X Change just gave her brutal verdict on the Willam and Mistress Drag Race drama

Mistress Isabelle Brooks VS Willam Belli has been the RuPaul’s Drag Race drama of the ages, so much so that it got dubbed the Drag Race Civil War. It all kicked off when Mistress posted her huge video pasting Willam on YouTube titled the Beat Up – complete with full Willam’s Beatdown parody. Willam then clapped back a few days later with Willam Wednesdays – a parody of Mistress Mondays. Both iconic queens brought their own receipts and both did a very good job of annihilating each other which is why now everyone is so torn on which side of the feud they sit on. Now Monét X Change has jumped onto the Willam and Mistress Drag Race drama, giving her verdict on the chaos.

It is, as expected, brutal.

Monét X Change joined the Willam and Mistress Drag Race drama with Kelly Mantle

Appearing on Kelly Mantle’s podcast, Monét was asked what she thought of the whole Willam and Mistress drama and didn’t hold back on her stance. Monét said “Okay, I think Mistress eviscerated that girl. I’m sorry, Mistress did her big one. The thing about Mistress Isabelle Brooks is that she’s so good at the internet and she’s really good at stirring up drama. That is literally the thing that gives her life, she wants drama more than she wants her next breath on this earth. She was in that video and she had the receipts.”

Kelly then asked Monét if she saw Willam’s comeback video, and Monét said “I did. I thought Willam had a really good knack at keeping it very calm, very collected demeanour. I love that about Willam’s delivery. The way Willam can just stay cool and call it out. One thing I found very interesting is apparently Mistress invited her to do her show. Are we watching a publicity stunt here?”

Kelly then says “I wouldn’t put it past either of them to release a single out of this.” Kelly and Monét then mutually agree that Willam and Mistress do the same thing and are like “mirrors” to each other. True, to be fair.
