Ginger Minj has been the crowned winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 for over a week now, and yet the girls still aren’t taking it nicely. It’s been one of the most controversial Drag Race wins in recent memory – not because Ginger Minj is a bad queen or untalented, but because the fans and queens of the show alike were so unsatisfied by the victory and truly felt like it was a bad end to a very juicy season. Never one to hold her tongue, now Bob the Drag Queen has Naomi Smalls to give her verdict on the final lip sync showdown that won Ginger Minj her Drag Race crown against Jorgeous and she absolutely went IN.
‘Pathetic’
Speaking as a guest on Sibling Watchery, where Naomi Smalls has been filling in for Monét X Change all season whilst she does the official Pit Stop, Naomi and Bob the Drag Queen unpacked the Drag Race All Stars 10 finale and specifically the lip sync against Jorgeous and Ginger Minj. Which most people thought Jorgeous won by miles.

Discussing the It’s Raining Men lip sync, Bob says “this performance, I feel like it is Jorgeous performing and Ginger watching what she’s doing, doing some sort of physical commentary on what she’s doing – and I don’t like that.”
Naomi then says “No, me either. Shrugging, urgh.” She then does the following in an impression of Ginger’s southern accent, saying “I’m not gonna do a cartwheel cause she’s cartwheeling, I can’t do a windmill because she’s doing a windmill. It’s lame. But the word I was going to use is pathetic. Like, own the f*cking song.”
It’s brutal, but fair. It’s so annoying when queens don’t just go for it and it’s easy to see why queens in the fandom get repeatedly frustrated with the same Ginger lip sync shtick getting rewarded every damn time. Just do the number!
