Baja California.- As terrorism they will investigate the attack con explosives launched from three droneson the night of Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. against the anti-kidnapping headquartersfrom the facilities of the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) in the Playas de Tijuana delegation.
However, the message written on a narcoman, which was left in the vicinity of London College a day before (Tuesday, October 14), could be related to the violent attack, after the theft of a shipment of cocaine, allegedly on the part of elements of the State Citizen Security Force (FESC).
A report of Zeta Weekly indicates that the alleged theft of drugs was reported to the agency since last October 4.
“Terrorism and what results“As the facts occur, we will see what other type of criminal (crime) can be updated,” declared the Prosecutor General, María Elena Andrade Ramírez.
However, this violent event, described as historic and unprecedented by the Prosecutor’s Office itself, is part of the criminal militarization in which the cartels have become more technological with drones, according to the 1st Ungovernability Index of the Government of President Sheinbaum (October, 2025) presented by organized crime and security expert Ghaleb Krame.
“Criminal militarization. Los drug drones redefine the border between public safety and irregular war“, reads one of the conclusions.
The Prosecutor’s Office also confirmed that there is no history of drone attacks against government facilities in Baja California.

How did the drone attack in Baja California occur?
Videos from security cameras released by the authorities, and images collected by journalists at the point, have shown what the attack was like with drones and explosive devices.
Synchronously, after seven at night, the drones arrived at the Jardines Section neighborhood of Playas de Tijuana, They approached the patios of the FGE facilities, at a height of less than three meters, from where they dropped the domestically manufactured explosives.
That caused the detonation of pellets and nails that caused material damage in three private vehicles and one official.
Narcomanta links drone attack in Baja California with drug theft: this is what it says
In this context, a manta with a narcomessage It would be related to the drone attack on the anti-kidnapping headquarters of the Baja California FGE, which appeared on the night of Tuesday, October 14, around 7:30 p.m. in front of London College, which is located at Vía Rápida Oriente 16838, Tercera Etapa Río, 22226 Tijuana.
The place where they placed it is near the C5 facilitieswhere the offices of the different directorates of the FESC are housed, they hung a narcomanta signed by “La Maña”, indicates Zeta.
The message referred to the alleged theft of 180 kilos of cocaine:
“There just so they know vermin, it’s for you Ivan Mura, your fucking elements, thieving vermin Jorge Gaynor, Hugo Muñoz, Christian Orozco, Susana Zavala, Alejandro Peralta, Osuna Marcelolet’s see how long the 180 kiloswe are not going to shoot any innocent people, like the note that the Zeta published, fucking scourges here we know it was you, we already have located the gray kia, white silveradoball… vermin, there are just so they know dicks, very ballsy Horozco… URA, let’s see if they come across a big bunch of big asses, we’re going to… The Mana“, reads the narcomanta.
The aforementioned elements belong to the FGE Investigation Directorate, and have reported that they sought the defense of a lawyer.
But The event has divided the state police corporationsince Zeta indicates that after interviewing some, they attribute the accusations of the drug message to alleged corrupt members of the FESC to affect or implicate their colleagues and they say that it is normal for them to “hang blankets” for that purpose, but they are collaborating with the investigations by giving the bosses their locations, telephone numbers and GPS. Nothing has been reported more recently about that investigation.
The specific fact is that, if the message from a criminal group is true, someone stole a shipment of drugs from them and they suspect elements of the FGE, which could be one of the hypotheses as the cause of the drones with explosives at the anti-kidnapping headquarters in the Playas de Tijuana delegation of Baja California.
The antecedent
Previously, it was announced that on Saturday, October 4, the heads of the Secretary of Citizen Security of Baja California received the complaint that elements of the FESC would have participated in the theft of 180 kilos of cocainearound 10 in the morning in the Ojo de Agua area.
They allegedly committed the crime using three Kia cars and a white pickup truck belonging to the corporation, and those who participated were, allegedlyin alliance with operators of the Arellano Félix Cartel (CAF).
Semanario Zeta indicates that, after consulting authorities on both sides of the border, they reported that:
“The organizers of this robbery, on the side of the FESC, would have been Myrcko González Murguía and José Hector Valenzuela Bernalalias ‘The Prince’, brother-in-law of former governor Francisco Vega who has been on vacation since August. (Presumed innocent as long as his responsibility is not declared by the judicial authority. Art.13, CNPP) colluding with the leaders of the Arellano cartel, Crescencio Beltrán Murillo, alias ‘El Chencho’, along with César Quintero Beltrán, alias ‘El Lico’, and its operator James Bryan Corona, alias ‘El Apache’.”
They indicate that since the first week of last August, ‘The Prince’was removed as head of the Investigation Directorate of the State Citizen Security Force, which he had held during the government of Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda.
