Orlando Pirates are currently in Spain for their pre-season which includes nine new signings.
On Tuesday, a new face was spotted training with the Buccaneers. The player is believed to be TS Galaxy defender Lebone Seema. The Pirates media team are yet to confirm the signing of the player but TS Galaxy owner Tim Sukazi hinted that the defender had joined the Soweto giants.
“It was a mutual agreement. He was still contracted to us. He asked to be released due to a lack of game-time and was handed his clearance,” Sukazi told KickOff.

The Buccaneers have signed top players such as Oswin Appollis, Sipho Mbule and Tshepang Moremi as they aim to challenge Mamelodi Sundowns for the Betway Premiership this coming season. The Sea Robbers fell short in the last campaign despite a positive start.
With new coach Abdeslam Ouaddou assessing his squad this month, expect a few more players to make way.
There has been several top players who have missed Orlando Pirates’ trip to Spain due to injury or they are not part of the coach’s plans. The likes of Olisah Ndah, Makhehlene Makhaula, Thabiso Sesane and Thabiso Lebitso failed to make the trip due to injuries.
