Diana Bojorquez, wife of Cleveland Browns kicker Corey Bojorquez, shares on social media how she handled an unusual problem as an NFL family.
Diana and Corey have two daughters, both under the age of three, with Diana posting a video on TikTok of how she decided to fill out her daughter’s emergency contact forms for school.

She explains in her video that being an NFL family comes with a few uncommon issues that need clever solutions. With the regular NFL season starting, her toddler is getting ready to start school, but Diana needed to fill out her emergency contact forms.
“We don’t have any family out here where he plays in Ohio,” explained Diana. “And we don’t really have friends outside of football just because we get so busy.”
She was left with a dilemma on who would be better suited to answer in case of an emergency if she or her husband were unavailable.
Her solution? The Cleveland Browns security team.
“I know that in the case where they can’t reach me or my husband, they will pick up their phones,” she explained. She added that the security team will also have more access to her husband than she will if “he’s in a meeting or something.”
Diana opened up in an interview with People, explaining that it’s common in NFL life. With athletes having away games or having to move cities during the off-season, settling down permanently isn’t easy.
“You don’t necessarily always have family where you’re living, nor do you really build a village just because, I mean, they’re so busy during season,” she said.
“And they’re gone a lot. So you’re kind of alone a lot. You don’t have time to be going out and making friends. And then off-season comes around, and usually a lot of guys dip. So we don’t get to necessarily build a huge village around us.”
She adds that she had initially put down a friend’s name who lived farther away, but hesitated. Her husband was the one who recommended listing the Cleveland Brown’s head of security’s number.
“He’s for sure the number I would’ve called to reach Corey. So we’ve put him down for our emergency contact for everything, even for me as a secondary contact,” explained Diana on how she would have immediately called the head of security for help when she was pregnant and needed to reach her husband.
“I know security teams for NFL [teams] are about to be a little bit busier,” jokes Diana.
