Sienna Blake’s (Anna Passey) life is on the line in Hollyoaks next week as Jez (Jeremy Sheffield) does everything in his power to keep his dastardly secrets from spilling out, with a devilish game of cat and mouse on the cards.
Jez, as audiences know, has murdered numerous characters since rocking up in the village last year (two years in-universe following the historic time-jump).
From Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith) to Robbie Roscoe (Charlie Wernham), as well as Bobby Costello (Zak Sutcliffe) and Abe Fielding (Tyler Conti), there have been no shortage of victims.
Although she guiltily assisted in the cover-up of Dilly’s demise, Sienna believed that her dad had turned over a new leaf and stopped committing crimes.
However, the scales well and truly fell from her eyes earlier this month when she discovered the amount of people that have fallen victim to the twisted killer, who has been claiming lives for decades.
With Robbie the latest in a long line of kills, Jez decided to come clean to his daughter, telling her that being a murderer is ‘what he was born to do’.
Sienna, however, was utterly appalled by the depths of his depravity and thus set out to expose him, fearing that he might start targeting his loved ones given that Dilly and Dennis Savage (Joe Tracini) weren’t safe from his grasp.
Jez tracked her down before she could tell anyone what he did, with a brutal fall ensuing at the city walls. Jez recovered in hospital and tasked Martha (Sherrie Hewson) with eliminating Sienna from the equation but the mother and son duo reconsidered when they realised that Sienna had no memory of what she uncovered previously.
However, it turned out that Sienna was simply biding her time and, determined to get justice for all of his victims, Sienna set to out to expose Jez for what he did.
Doing so, however, proves more difficult than she initially thought and, with her plans to report Jez to the police having backfired, she resolves to flee instead.

Next week, Sienna arranges to pick up some new identities for her and her loved ones as her plan is officially set in motion but, knowing what she’s up to, Jez arrives with Dodger and Liberty Savage (Danny Mac and Jessamy Stoddart), halting the escape plot.
Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) is convinced that Sienna needs help and that such an intervention is needed. But with time of the essence, Sienna decides to meet with the person she’s been speaking to online – and Jez goes after her.
A showdown between the two ensues in the folly, with Jez quizzing Sienna on her plans, telling her that he doesn’t want her to leave him. Sienna breaks down, claiming that she connects with him better than anyone – but if they have any hope of a relationship then he must turn himself in to the police.

In an unexpected turn of events, Jez agree to do just that.
The question is: will he follow through? That remains to be seen but with Hollyoaks In Bloom underway in the subsequent episode, it seems there’s more twists to come.
Cleo, meanwhile, is left in pain and Sienna comes to her aid. Worried something is wrong with the baby, the couple head to the hospital.

It’s good news as Cleo and the baby receive the all clear but there’s a shock in store when the police arrive at the hospital, looking for Sienna.
Later, Sienna is on the run from the authorities and Jez goes to track her down, with the pair winding up in a garden centre.

What follows is a twisted game of cat and mouse. Sienna is well and truly in Jez’s clutches and, determined to maintain the upper hand, Jez takes to the tannoy and pleads for help, claiming Sienna is the one doing the chasing – with a gun!
Pictures show the horrifying scenes to come, with Jez stalking his terrified daughter through the garden centre. Will Sienna make it to safety? And can she convince her loved ones that Jez is actually the danger and not her?
It’s going to be a week not to be missed in the village.
