Since Love Island 2025 began, it’s felt like Harry Cooksley has been running the villa. He’s coupled up with so many of the girls I’ve lost count, and he’s run ringers around the villa.
So, you might be wondering what Love Island 2025 resident villain and prolific hideaway guest Harry is actually like. Well, we’ve now had quite a few Islanders get dumped. And they’ve shared what living alongside him was really like, and given an insight into his true personality. Here’s what they had to say.
‘Nobody should trust him’

Rheo has become the latest girl to get taken in by Harry, only to be left behind for Helena. Harry and Rheo got to know each other during Casa Amor, before he decided to ditch her. She’s had *a lot* of strong words to say about him.
“I think I was led astray slightly by Harry. But who’s going to be shocked by that really, Harry’s going to be Harry! I don’t think anyone should trust him,” Rheo said.
“Harry took me by surprise, he’s not my usual type aesthetically. He’s very charming and has the gift of the gab for sure. He’s got beautiful eyes. They’re great to look in for a long time which we did quite a bit! Harry was different with me, he didn’t play the field, he was all for me when we were in Casa. I did think we had a really strong connection. He told me with Helena it was out of sight out of mind.”
‘He’s not a relationship guy’
Oh, Rheo didn’t stop there! She also gave more insight into what Harry is like a couple. She said: “In my opinion I don’t see Harry and Helena lasting. I don’t think he’s a relationship guy, I don’t think he can be a one woman man.
“If Helena’s fine with that and wants to be away with the fairies whilst he’s off doing what he does well, crack on girl because that’s not me. If Harry did that to me I’d have shut him down on week one. I’m very head strong, I’d take myself out of a situation that doesn’t serve me.”
‘Helena is blindsided by Harry’

Giorgio had of course been a respectful king throughout his entire time in the villa. But following Casa Amor, he was brutally dumped. Now, he’s shared what he thinks of Helena and Harry, and for once didn’t hold back.
“It was obvious that it was ‘out of sight, out of mind’ for Helena at the sleepover. As soon as she got back to the villa and saw what Harry and Shakira had, it seemed to bring back some old feelings,” he said.
“I have no hard feelings towards Helena. I just think she’s completely blindsided by Harry and he seems to have a bit of a romantic hold over her. I hope it does last for the sake of it but I just don’t think it will.”
However, he did add that he and Harry had a great relationship. Giorgio added: “I had great relationships with everyone but especially Dejon and Harry too. They’re great guys and obviously a bit older too so I got on with them on a really good level.”
‘He said he gets labelled a f-boy’

Sophie might have only been on the show for one short day, but during that time she was coupled with Harry. When asked what he was like, she said: “He was very nonchalant. I got to speak to him and he explained that he was trying not to be the ‘jack the lad’ energy.
“I don’t know if I was expecting more energy or more confidence. It was very subtle. He said he’s tried that route and gets labelled an f-boy, so came in with a different approach. I thought, ‘That’s nice, you’re in here to try something different’.”
‘He has a big game plan’
Rheo really hasn’t stopped speaking about Harry since the show. After her dumping she appeared on Aftersun, and told Maya Jama: “I was actually a bit shocked with him, because we did get deep. Harry has a deep level.”
She later said however she was “also not shocked”, because “he’s playing a game, like that big game.” When asked by Maya what she meant by this, Rheo explained: “I think he wanted to repair his reputation there. Just go in, go with Helena, and hopefully get to the end. I know he’s got a game plan.”
She then went on to say she and Harry had lots of chats that didn’t make it to air. Rheo said Harry told her he could “take her home to his mother” and preferred her to Helena. She now believes he was “just running his mouth”. Yeah, sounds about right.
‘There’s a way to treat women…his behaviour was sh*t’

When Shea left the villa, he spoke in an interview about Harry. He said Harry was one of his closest friends in there, but that doesn’t excuse how he treats women.
“He’s my boy,” Shea told heatworld. “I love Harry, he’s the funniest guy in there, but there’s a way of how to treat a woman and I told him in there [his behaviour] was pretty bad.” He added: “I’ll be honest, he knows how to play the game. He’s loving it and all the girls love him. He’s got the chat, he’s funny.”
