Officials from 1199SEIU have been meeting weekly with Public Partnerships LLC, PPL, the highly-criticized company that was questionably awarded a contract to oversee payrool for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program by Hochul’s department of health, and plan to begin signing up members in 2026 according to sources familiar.
