MÉRIDA.- At the age of 89, the engineer died in this city. Ricardo Augusto Méndez Baezaoriginally from the municipality of Valladolid.
Born on May 3, 1936 within the marriage of Messrs. Ricardo Méndez Sánchez and Nelly Baeza Díaz, on May 3, 1960 he married Ana Teresa Irabién Alcocer (RIP), with whom he had seven children: Ricardo Augusto, Marissa, Carlos Renán, Ana Teresa, Erick Gerardo, Laura Mariela and María Eugenia.
The body was cremated at the La Piedad funeral home and the ashes will be deposited in a crypt of the María Inmaculada church (Campestre subdivision) tomorrow after the seven o’clock mass.
In addition to his children, he is survived by his siblings Aida Noemí and Nelly Guadalupe (César Antonio and Roque Jacinto have since passed away); grandchildren Méndez Alayola, Sauri Méndez, Méndez Blanco, Méndez Germon, Combaluzier Méndez and Arvizu Méndez, and other relatives.
