AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1600 block of 12th Street in reference to shots fired with one person down Monday evening.
According to RCSO, deputies located a man who had been shot at least once shortly before 8:30 p.m. on July 21. The man was transported to a local hospital. He reportedly has non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators are continuing to work the case and no further information has been provided at the time of this report.
