After 12 seasons, countless international spin-offs and the best part of 300 hopefuls looking for love, we’ve come to expect a few segments in each Love Island instalment: The talent show, the heart rate challenge, the brutal dumping ceremonies, Casa Amor, and a swing-by musical session from a B-tier artist you’ve totally forgotten you adore.

Who is this season’s celebrity singer?
Over the years, we’ve seen some pretty big stars swagger into the villa for musical performances, with Craig David, Jason Derulo and Rita Ora all jumping to mind. According to a new report from The Sun, noneother than Katy B is this year’s musical artist.
Though you really shouldn’t need reminding, after all, Katy B is a national treasure; her hits like Katy on a Mission, Lights On, and Crying for No Reason have been played in many a dingy nightclub. I’m willing to bet you’ve bounced to her songs at least once on a concerningly sticky floor, but it’s not yet clear which of her tracks she will be singing.
Katy B is reportedly heading to the Love Island villa tonight, with the episode set to air on Sunday.
Love Island 2025’s Casa Amor segment is DAYS away

Katy B’s performance on Sunday coincides with the return of the infamous Casa Amor segment. First introduced in season three, the Casa Amor villa is ITV’s way of shaking up the show so participants don’t get too comfortable. It almost always comes about halfway through the series, usually when people start to get bored of watching the same idiots mess up relationship after relationship.
Keep your eyes peeled during Friday’s episode because the iconic neon light of Casa Amor will flicker, teasing the return of chaos and mayhem.
Sunday is going to be a big day with the return of Casa Amor and Katy B’s sing-song with 2025’s Love Island crop.
