Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) is set to make the horrifying discovery that is dad is not where he said he’d be in Emmerdale.
Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) left under a dark cloud months back as his and Paddy’s relationship broke down. Something seemed to be going on with Bear; he was having random outbursts of anger along with troubling memory lapses, one that saw him endanger Eve’s life.
It culminated in father and son having a nasty row, and Bear decided that home wasn’t home anymore.
In a bid to escape, Bear packed up his car on the premise that he was off to see friends in Ireland, but viewers know he went nowhere near the Emerald Isle. Instead, it later became clear he’d been living in his car.

Paddy has been none-the-wiser all this time, believing his dad to be on a big jolly, but a delivery clues him in to the fact that his dad’s welfare is one big question mark.
Paddy’s first inkling that something is amiss is when he opens a package addressed to Bear and it reveals to him that Bear is not with his wrestling friends. It dawns on him his dad has disappeared.
Panicked, Paddy gets on the phone to all of Bear’s pals, but his heart stops when none of them can tell him where his dad is.

When he realises that nothing would have stopped Bear contacting Eve on her birthday, Paddy knows things are serious.
A spokesperson revealed to Metro: ‘A special standalone episode will explore the hundred missing days of Bear’s life and we’ll learn that he is sadly trapped in an all too common situation for a forgotten generation.’
Paddy makes the decision to call on the police. What’s happened to Bear?
