Rare footage re-emerges of 19-year-old Tyson Fury brutally knocking out rival and leaving him in crumpled heap
RARE footage of Tyson Fury scoring a brutal knockout in the amateurs has re-emerged.
Fury had a 31-4 record in the unpaid ranks but he turned professional in 2008 after being overlooked for the Olympics in favour of David Price.

But before doing so, the future two-time heavyweight world champion travelled to Philadelphia in 2007 for the Harrowgate Boxing Club.
Fury competed for Belfast’s Holy Family ABC and boxed in front of just a handful of spectators at the New Alhambra Sports and Entertainment Centre.
Those in attendance would not have known they were watching a future star of the sport – but Fury’s KO of Maurice Byarm might have been a hint.
Fury – only 19 at the time -had the American hurt on the ropes with an uppercut and the follow up right hand ended the bout in the third and final round.
Byarm himself turned pro in 2009 – two years after the loss to Fury but he failed to make an impact in the paid ranks.
He was beaten by Bryant Jennings in 2012 and stopped by Magomed Abdusalamov the same year before leaving the sport.
Byarm did return six years later in 2018 to beat Richard Carmack in his comeback fight but it marked his final fight.
Fury meanwhile first became champ in 2015 when he stunned Wladimir Klitschko in Germany to win the WBA, IBF and WBO belts.

But by 2017, he vacated the straps amid a battle with depression and substance abuse.
But it paved the way for one of boxing’s most remarkable comebacks as Fury returned in 2018 to challenge for the WBC title – controversially drawing to Deontay Wilder.
Fury later beat Wilder twice to claim the belt but he eventually lost the gold and his unbeaten record in May to Oleksandr Usyk.
Usyk, 38, also won the rematch in December and a month later Fury, 36, announced his retirement from boxing and has so far kept his word.

Instagram model Ngone Ndiaye dies after bum lift in Turkey having lost contact with family when she arrived for op
AN INSTAGRAM model has tragically died after getting Brazilian bum lift surgery in Turkey.
Ngone Ndiaye sparked concern after her family lost contact with her when she travelled to the country for the dangerous procedure.

Her grieving mum confirmed that she was hoping to have surgery to fix a problem linked to a Brazilian Butt Lift, otherwise known as a BBL.
A BBL is used to make the bum look bigger, rounded and lifted.
Surgeons transfer fat, inject filler or insert silicone-filled implants.
Ngone had nearly 100,000 followers on Instagram and was renowned for her fashion content online.
In 2008 she was crowned Miss Pikine after she represented her home city of Pikine, Senegal, West Africa.
She had worked with many local stylists and participated in various cultural events.
Ngone lived in France before she died.
After her remains were returned to Senegal, her grieving family and friends gathered to pay their final respects, local media reports.
Many other young women have fallen ill or died from BBL surgery in Turkey.
Demi Agoglia, 26, died from complications after a botched BBL in Turkey in January last year.
The mum-of-three tragically passed away in Turkey after a “barbaric” operation contributed to by neglect with “no proper pre-operative care and advice”, a coroner warned.
Demi travelled to Turkey for the operation after seeing celebrity endorsements for Istanbul-based Comfort Zone Surgery on social media.
Similarly, Hayley Dowell, 38, died following a BBL in Turkey after the surgeon walked out halfway through the op, an inquest heard.
She passed just hours later after suffering an embolism while recovering at the BHT Clinic in Istanbul.
In August last year, Kaydell Brown, 38 died after paying £5,400 for the procedure, as well as a tummy tuck and a boob job.
Brazilian butt-lifts, also known as buttock augmentation procedures, involve injecting fat or filler into the bum to shape it.
But wrongly injecting too deep into the buttock can pump chemicals into the bloodstream and cause deadly clots, infections or sepsis.
They can also go wrong if the anaesthetic is botched or people have an allergic reaction.
What are the risks of getting surgery abroad?
IT’S important to do your research if you’re thinking about having cosmetic surgery abroad.
It can cost less than in the UK, but you need to weigh up potential savings against the potential risks.
Safety standards in different countries may not be as high.
No surgery is risk-free. Complications can happen after surgery in the UK or abroad.
If you have complications after an operation in the UK, the surgeon is responsible for providing follow-up treatment.
Overseas clinics may not provide follow-up treatment, or they may not provide it to the same standard as in the UK.
Also, they may not have a healthcare professional in the UK you can visit if you have any problems.

New bus route connects London with the UK’s number one beach for less than £5 & it’ll be running in time for summer
FANCY a trip to the seaside for less than a fiver?
Londoners can now reap the rewards of a new bus route that will take them out of the city and onto the beach in no time.

Low-cost intercity coach service FlixBus has announced an exciting new travel option that’ll get you sunbathing by the shore – and it won’t cost the earth.
Passengers can be transported from London to the sought-after holiday destination for just £4.49.
The budget coach operator has launched a twice-daily route from London to Brighton – along with free wi-fi and charging ports.
Andreas Schorling, senior managing director of FlixBus UK, said: “Londoners now have even more affordable, sustainable and reliable travel options for weekend getaways, airport connections and visiting friends and family this summer.
“Brighton is an iconic British destination and we’re excited to offer a direct route from the capital just in time for the warmer months.”
He continued: “Brighton is such a vibrant, inclusive city, especially during the summer, and we can’t wait to offer passengers the chance to visit for the first time on our network.
“The people of Brighton will now have a fantastic service to central London, Cambridge and Gatwick. Known for its dedication to sustainability, it’s a perfect match for FlixBus.”
The London to Brighton route will stop at both Gatwick Terminals on route.
The company now serves more than 80 UK destinations including the recent additions of Bournemouth, Newquay and Truro.
Tickets are available at flixbus.co.uk or through the FlixBus app.
The three mile Brighton Blue Flag beach is full of pebbles – but that doesn’t deter visitors.
Tripadvisor recently revealed their top beaches in Europe – with some in the UK making the cut.
The world’s largest travel guidance platform has announced its ‘Best of Beaches for 2025′ sorted purely by review data.
While the UK didn’t bag the top spot, three of our beautiful beaches made it onto the list.
Weymouth Beach in Dorset is a firm favourite and for its fourth year in a row has cemented a spot on the list, this time in twentieth place.
The sandy beach at Gorleston-on-Sea, in Norfolk, has come in at number 23.
The beach in Norfolk stretches for three miles and is considered to be quieter than the famous Great Yarmouth beach which is two miles up the road.
Also found in Dorset, Bournemouth Beach spans over seven-miles and the promenade is lined with Instagrammable multi-coloured beach huts.
Bournemouth also has its own pier with an arcade and theatre, as well as an indoor rock climbing wall and a zip line that launches from a tower 25 metres above the sea.

Major Premier League TV change with broadcasting giant to lose all coverage next season
ALL Premier League matches outside of the 3pm blackout will be shown on UK television starting from next season.
Previously, domestic fans were often left frustrated by not being able to watch certain games.

In particular, several Sunday 2pm kick-offs involving teams that had played in Europe on Thursday night would not be shown.
Under the new four-year TV deal, which kicks in at the start of next season, this will not be the case.
The £6.7bn agreement will see Sky Sports show 215 live matches per season, more than ever before.
Sky purchased four of the five packages made available.
This will see them broadcast matches during the Friday night, Saturday 5:30pm, Sunday and Monday night slots.
In addition to this, Sky Sports will show all 10 final day matches for the first time.
TNT Sports, meanwhile, purchased one package – enabling them to show 52 matches.
These will primarily come in the Saturday 12:30pm slot, although TNT will also have the rights to two full mid-week rounds of games.

The bumper new TV deal package has seen Amazon Prime Video squeezed out.
Under the previous agreement, the streamer would show 20 games each season.
Prime will continue to show Champions League matches, however, with two years remaining on their current deal with Uefa.
Prem highlights, meanwhile, will continue to be shown on Match of the Day, with the BBC having retained the rights.
Next season will usher in a new era for the show, with long-time presenter Gary Lineker having departed the Beeb.
Lineker will be replaced on a rotating basis by Gabby Logan, Mark Chapman and Kelly Cates.

The 39p trick to get your garden furniture rust-free and it works in magic while you sleep
WITH summer now here, most of us want to go out and make the most of our gardens.
But, if you’ve left your furniture out all winter long, then it most probably is rusty and not looking its best.

Fortunately, a garden furniture expert has shared the easy way to get it looking brand new again rather than forking out hundreds on new tables and chairs.
The experts at Pergolux revealed how you can use common household items to remove rust from garden furniture and tools.
Sam Stevens, from the company, said: “A lot of people will be looking at their gardens to get them ready for the brighter and longer days ahead.
“Garden cleaning doesn’t need to be an expensive job.
“We all love a cheap and cheerful hack, so whether you’re buffing away stains, achieve a streak-free finish on glass or eliminate rust, you’ll find something in your house.”
And one of the best ways to banish rust is by using a fizzy drink.
Fizzy drinks remove rust through a chemical reaction where phosphoric acid converts the rust (iron oxide) into a less harmful iron phosphate compound, reports the Express.
This iron phosphate forms a protective layer on the metal, inhibiting further corrosion.
You can use the drink to clean pretty much anything, from rusty tools and furniture to hinges and the metal parts of your barbecue.
Small tools can be soaked in fizzy drinks overnight while furniture and other large items you will need to pour some of the drink onto a cloth and wrap it over the rusty area overnight.
That means it does all of the hard work while you’re asleep.
In the morning, simply give it a wipe down and the rust should be gone.
Value brand fizzy drinks can be bought at all major supermarkets with prices starting at 39p for lemonade and 49p for cola in Tesco and Aldi.
You can also use ketchup in the same way if you don’t have any fizzy drinks to hand.
This is great for brass or copper garden décor including patio furniture, garden gates or old metal watering cans.
Simply apply a thin layer of ketchup to the affected area and let it sit for around fifteen minutes before gently scrubbing it away and rinsing with water.

Moment terraced home EXPLODES sending ‘earthquake-like’ shockwaves down street leaving man seriously injured
THIS is the shocking moment a terraced home exploded sending “earthquake-like” shockwaves down a residential street.
Emergency services were called to a suspected gas explosion at a property on Eden Street in Alvaston, Derby, at 7.24pm on Tuesday.

Dramatic footage captured on nearby CCTV showed debris and dust flying into the air as the blast tore through the house.
A man was taken to hospital and the extent of his injuries is unknown.
One dog with injuries was also rescued overnight and is being treated by vets.
Derbyshire Police asked people to avoid the area.
Residents went from enjoying a normal Tuesday night to being at the heart of a serious incident.
Some have no idea when they will be allowed back again.
Harrison has lived in the street, just doors away from the explosion, for nine years.
She described the terrifying ordeal saying she thought the explosion happened in their house.
“I’ve never heard anything like it before,” Harrison said.
“We’d just had tea and I was with my daughter sorting the kitchen out. I’m so lucky she was with me at the time.
“The bang went off and I just didn’t know where to run.”
Mary Stocking, 76, of Lincoln Avenue, said: “I heard something last night but I didn’t think anything of it.
“I just thought it could be anything but I feel a bit naive now.
“You just never think these sorts of things will happen so close to home.”
Another local, Gill Jennings, said the explosion “made the ground shake” from her home on Nunsfield Drive nearly half a mile away.
She said: “We were sitting at home watching TV. I’d put the kettle on and I just remember feeling a shake underneath my feet followed by a bang.”
Two fire engines, a command support vehicle and officers went to the scene.
They were supported by police, building control officers, emergency planning officers and representatives from utilities.
London Road and Shardlow Road have now reopened.
A spokesman for Cadent, the gas distribution network, said: “We were called to attend an explosion in Eden Street, Alvaston, at 7.38pm last night.
“At the moment it is too early to speculate on the cause.
“We are currently working closely with the emergency services, but our priority is to make the area safe.”
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The investigation into the cause of the explosion will begin later today as crews continue to work to make the area safe.
“Eden Street will remain closed until further notice.”
Derbyshire Police said: “A joint police and fire service investigation into the cause of an explosion at a property in Derby is due to start today.
“We were called to the incident in Eden Street at 7.24pm on Tuesday. One man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“A dog with some injuries was also rescued from the property.
“An investigation into the cause of the explosion will be begin later today. Eden Street remains closed.”
