The music world in Colombia is mourning the death of Joan Sebastian Alarcón Rozosinger from Barranquilla and former participant of “La Voz Colombia”, who died after a long fight against cancer.

According to him, he remained “lying on a rusty stretcher from 5:00 a.m. to 10:35 p.m. without examination or pain treatment or palliative care,” despite his delicate state of health.
He even pointed out that the doctors would have confused his oncological condition with kidney stoneswhich would have aggravated their situation.
“If something happens in the next few days inside or outside this institution, I hold the Portoazul Clinic and all its medical staff responsible,” he warned in that same message.

Given the controversy generated by the artist’s complaints, the Portoazul Auna Clinic He regretted his death and rejected accusations of negligence.
“We express our most sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Joan Sebastián Alarcón. We emphatically reject the statements that question the quality of the care provided. Since his admission, the patient received comprehensive and timely care in accordance with quality and safety protocols,” the institution said in a statement.
