Aitch has found himself in trouble after sharing a wildly exaggerated story from a holiday with an ex on a podcast – and the internet is not here for it.
As a result, the internet is dragging him hard, with many calling out the double standards and questioning why he thinks it’s funny to humiliate women for laughs.
On this week’s episode of the 90s Baby Show podcast, the 25-year-old rapper decided to share a horror story from a romantic holiday in Bali with an ex. Without naming names, he told the lads about waking up next to a soiled bed and having to escape the room like it was a crime scene. Naturally, the hosts were howling.
The internet is notoriously quick at connecting dots, and with Aitch dropping hints about the trip and the timeline, it was only a matter of time before people started discussing which ex he was talking about.
The girl in question turned out to be influencer Lola Thompson – and she’s not laughing. At all.
After the clip went viral on TikTok, Lola, 26, posted her own video calling him out for being “disrespectful” and, more importantly, lying. Yes, she admits she had an accident while suffering from the notoriously savage Bali Belly. But her version? Very different.

“It was a little bit in my pants while I was asleep,” she said. “It didn’t go on the bed. It didn’t go on him. It didn’t go everywhere like he said it did.”
She also said Aitch didn’t recoil in disgust or run for his life. Instead, he cuddled her, told her he loved her, and made her feel better about the whole thing. Cute, right? Until now, when he decided to weaponise it for cheap laughs.
Lola’s not wrong to be annoyed. Let’s be real: everyone who’s ever been abroad has feared the curse of dodgy tap water or a suspicious-looking salad. Having an accident while sick is humiliating enough – but having your famous ex turn it into a comedy sketch for millions? That’s a whole new level.

Under the original clip posted by the 90s Baby Show TikTok account, people were not happy. One person commented: “Aitch normally seems like a nice guy, but I don’t rate him for this. Why would he share this story about her for however many people to hear? She would have been embarrassed enough. This isn’t right at all.”
Another described him as “absolutely vile,” especially because “saying this about a girl when he has little sisters is wrongggg”.
Lola’s followers were also fuming on her behalf: “Imagine exploiting someone’s vulnerable moment that is completely out of control,” one commented. Another summed it up perfectly: “If he respected women, he never would’ve opened his mouth.”

Aitch might have thought he was being funny, but the internet’s verdict is clear: he’s the one who soiled his own reputation. Men will literally humiliate you on a podcast before going to therapy.
