Marks and Spencer has a soft spot in our hearts, and has fast become my go-to shopping destination – and not just for the new picky bits or sweet treats, like Yum Nuts or the pistachio bar.
In recent years M&S has expanded its fashion collection with ultra stylish pieces, across M&S own brands, as well as other retailers stocked online.
Truth be told, I used to associate M&S with the older generation my grandparents used to shop at, but it’s long ditched that stereotype, and as a 30-something year-old woman I’m proud to say I shop at M&S all the time – and get compliments on the high quality products that look premium.
I own many M&S dresses, but I have been on a hunt for a pink bridesmaids dress ahead of my best friend’s wedding. However, I also want the dress to see me through the summer months and holidays to come.
Turns out I’m not the only one searching for Marks and Spencer’s Pink Dress, as Google searches for “Marks and Spencer Pink Dress” are reportedly up 180% this month.
One dress I am desperately waiting to launch is M&S’ Pink Midi Dress, which is available to shop in select stores, but shoppers have to wait a little longer to shop the new drop online.
M&S Collection Pink Midi Dress
This design features a boat neck and short sleeves that skim the top of the shoulder. These features are combined with a floaty midi skirt, so this dress is a nod to retro 50s dresses. The belt detail makes this dress stand out, as it can be tied tight, or worn loosely around the waist.
The Pink Midi Dress is sleeveless and features a boat neckline, which is ultra flattering. The dress hugs the body before it floats out into a mid-length skirt. The most interesting detail is the belted middle, which features silver loop holes to add an extra dimension to the dress.
The cut of the dress is reminiscent of 50s dresses, but the belt detail adds a modern twist IT also makes this dress easy to accessorise with silver shoes and accessories.
While it’s unknown when the belted Pink Midi Dress will launch online remains to be seen, but we know it will fetch £45 when it does drop.
In the meantime, there are a few other pink dresses on M&S we are eyeballing, such as Pure Cotton Pintuck Midi Tiered Dress that costs £55 and is the perfect dress for daytime, the office and holidays. While the Textured Strappy Midi Cami Relaxed Dress, which fetches £29.50, is a versatile dress to suit all occasions.
