A JetBlue plane rolled off the runway and into a grass area while landing at Boston Logan International Airport this morning.
JetBlue flight 312 skid off the payment hours after an Air India plane heading to London crashed in Ahmedabad and killed at least 244 people.
No one was injured in the JetBlue incident, according to the Massachusetts Port Authority.
‘The runway is closed at this time as the aircraft is assessed and passengers are bussed to the terminal,’ stated the agency.
Flight 312 departed from Chicago O’Hare International Airport and landed in Boston around 11.49am
The Federal Aviation Administration put a ground stop to flights at Logan around 1pm.
