There was “chaos” at Sheffield Freshers event last night after OnlyFans’ Bonnie Blue was allegedly “punched in the face”.
The adult film star was at an event at the city’s Onyx nightclub as part of her 2025 Freshers Tour.
Video footage of the alleged incident circulated online and South Yorkshire Police have confirmed they attended the venue in the early hours of this morning.
In a statement, it said: “At 1.22am today (Friday 19 September), we were called to reports of a disturbance at Onyx nightclub on Portobello Street, Sheffield.
“It is reported that a woman was assaulted at the nightclub, suffering no injuries.
“A woman was detained at the scene and later released. The incident has been filed pending further information coming to light.”
Bonnie Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, is halfway through a 12 day tour of events through nine UK cities.
The events have included meet and greets and DJ sets, and advertisements have included warnings for “no sexual behaviour”.
The incident follows an incident in Lincoln, when a takeaway shared an order receipt which revealed her hotel address. Within an hour, people began arriving at the hotel.
A member of Bonnie Blue’s tour team told The Tab: “This may have seemed like a bit of fun to some people online, but because of who Bonnie is, there’s always the potential to attract extreme behaviour.
“Our priority has to be her safety, and we can’t afford to take these things lightly.”
