YouTube personality and rapper Yung Filly is facing two new sexual assault charges, according to documents filed at Perth District Court.
The 29-year-old, is currently in Australia after being accused of raping a woman while on tour.
The rapper, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, appeared before Perth District Court on Friday, June 13, for his trial listing hearing.
Court documents revealed he was facing two new counts of sexual penetration without consent.
Although the new charges were mentioned in court, they were not discussed at length, and his lawyer declined to discuss the charges outside of the court.
No plea has been entered yet for the two new charges.
Barrientos’ case was listed for a 10-day trial starting next year on July 20, 2026.

The rapper has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in his Perth hotel room on September 28 after a performance at nightclub Bar120 in Hillarys on the night of September 27.
He was arrested in October 2024 in Brisbane and extradited to Perth by West Australian detectives on October 9.
In March 2025, Barrientos pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual penetration without consent and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
He also denied impeding the person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.
Barrientos was seen on March 11 as he left the court on AUS$100,000 (£48,683) bail when he pleaded not guilty.
The YouTuber must remain in Australia as part of his bail conditions and has daily check-ins with police.
