A celebrity split has taken a messy turn after rapper Aitch shared a nauseating story about an ex, only for his former girlfriend, Lola Thompson, to name herself as the woman involved.

The 25-year-old rapper, real name Harrison James Armstrong, told the 90s Baby Show podcast this week that a past relationship ended in an awkward encounter during a holiday in Bali.

Without naming names, he recalled waking up beside his then-girlfriend only to discover she had soiled the bed following a bout of so-called ‘Bali Belly’ – the stomach illness commonly caused by contaminated food or water.

‘I was with a girl, and we went to sleep and woke up the next morning… tried to get it cracking,’ Aitch said, before describing his horror at noticing the sheets were soiled.

The Manchester star joked his ex had passed wind in her sleep and ‘thought she’d got away with murder’, before adding: ‘I’ve gone, “I think something’s happened there!”’

But just days later, Lola – a 26-year-old Australian influencer and PrettyLittleThing model – outed herself in a furious TikTok video, accusing her ex of being ‘disrespectful’ and exaggerating the incident.

‘I did this in my sleep… it was a little bit in my pants,’ she admitted, but insisted: ‘It didn’t go on the bed. It didn’t go on him. It didn’t go f*****g everywhere like he said it did.’

She went on to accuse Aitch of rewriting the moment for laughs, adding: ‘He wasn’t being like, “Oh, get away from me!”, he was literally hugging me, telling me he loved me.’

TikTok fans were quick to rally behind Lola, with Jordynandreajames, writing: ‘I don’t even get why he tried to make this an embarrassing take. You were literally Ill and had an accident. Anyone who’s been sick gets it likeeeee??’

Another fan, Kalaidyeyes, added: ‘Who cares if it’s the wall or ceiling, it’s something you can’t control…he should have never said it!! He has shown his true side.’

Others, however, were baffled by Lola outing herself in the first place, with one TikTok user, Janet_b, commenting: ‘Babe, we would not have known it was you,’ while a.aa12_2, joked: ‘They couldn’t waterboard this information out of me GURRL! We would’ve never known it was you.’

The former couple dated for 10 months between 2022 and 2023 before calling it quits.

At the time, insiders claimed they were both ‘gutted it didn’t work out’ due to conflicting schedules.

Aitch, a rapper from Manchester, first gained national recognition in 2018 with his breakthrough freestyle Straight Rhymez, which quickly went viral and established him as a rising star in UK rap.

He went on to score multiple Top 10 hits on the UK Singles Chart – including: Rain, Taste and Strike a Pose, while collaborating with artists like Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, and AJ Tracey.

His debut album Close to Home (2022) received critical acclaim, resulting in him winning a Brit Award for best hip hop/grime/rap act in 2023.
