AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 600 block of Crawford Avenue around 6:25 Tuesday morning in response to a suspicious death.
Authorities say a man was found laying next to the sidewalk and was pronounced dead on the scene.
The coroner’s office was called and investigators are currently out looking for more answers.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
There are no further details that can be released at this time.
