How do you join Red Arrows?
There are strict standards for who can climb into the cockpit of a Red Arrow jet.

First, you must already serve in the RAF as a fast jet pilot – and have at least 1,500 flying hours under your belt along with operational tour experience in the field.
The pilot hopefuls must also be graded above averaga as a pilot by their superiors.
Finally, the pilot candidates are put through a gruelling flying test and rounds of interviews.
