Star Wars: Starfighter Release Date
Star Wars: Starfighter is set to hit theaters on May 28, 2027. This will follow the release of The Mandalorian & Grogu, another Star Wars movie about a cool guy and a youngling, which will hit theaters next year, on May 22, 2026. That movie, starring Pedro Pascal and Sigourney Weaver (and Baby Yoda, of course) is directed by Jon Favreau, the man who gave us the first Iron Man in 2008.
Star Wars: Starfighter will be set in the time period after The Rise of Skywalker, and, as such, will be the first Star Wars project since 2019 that will move the chronology forward.
