Schoolboy rugby matches were few and far between this weekend as preparations begin in earnest for the U18 Craven Week.
In matches that were played and that caught the attention were wins for Rondebosch and Wynberg in the Western Cape’s southern suburbs derbies, while in KwaZulu-Natal, Hilton College proved too strong for Michaelhouse.
Paarl Gimnasium and Paarl Boys’ High continued on their winning ways with big victories as well.
This year’s U18 Craven Week will take place from 6 to 12 July at Middelburg Hoërskool in Mpumalanga.
