The first details about Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding have been revealed, and it’s reportedly happening really soon.
They got engaged in December last year and Benny recently said they’ve both been too busy to think about wedding plans on the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast.
However, it seems like that wasn’t entirely true, because a few insiders have spilled the juicy details on their upcoming nuptials to the MailOnline.

Selena and Benny’s wedding is really soon
According to the insider, they’re getting married in California in September, which is now only a matter of weeks away. They said: “Selena and Benny’s wedding is going to be a two-day event in Montecito in September.”
Another source said the end of the summer is perfect timing, because things get really busy for Selena at the end of the year, when the next season of Only Murders In The Building is expected to be released.
“‘Selena loves being engaged but she has been dreaming of being married forever. At the end of the year it gets busy, not only for them, but also for everyone they want to attend,” they revealed.
Montecito is a celebrity hotspot that’s home to Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and Ariana Grande, and only a few hours away from the couple’s $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.
The guest list is absolutely stacked
Only close friends and family are going to be invited, but that still includes a lot of major celebrities. They’re apparently planning the whole wedding around Taylor Swift’s busy schedule, who has been besties with Selena for a whopping 17 years.
“Although it’s for friends and family only, many on the friends list are huge celebrities, including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Selena’s co-stars from Only Murders In The Building, and music superstars who are Benny’s friends and some he’s also worked with,” an insider said.
Some of the music superstars Benny has worked with who are also his friends include Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Halsey, The Weeknd and Rihanna, so the guest list is going to be pretty stacked.
Selena’s Only Murders in the Building co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin are also reportedly on the wedding guest list.

Apparently, every single guest has been asked to bring an overnight bag to stay for the entire weekend, so they clearly want the celebrations to last for a while. I can’t wait to see her dress.
