In Colima, Baja California and the State of Mexico, classes will be suspended for different reasons:
State of Mexico: As indicated by the Union of Teachers in the Service of the State of Mexico (SMSEM), the teaching staff will have Monday, November 3, off as a form of “recognition of commitment, dedication and constant effort”, within the framework of the celebrations for the Day of the Dead, which coincide with the weekend.

Colima: The state government announced the suspension of classes on Monday, November 3 and 10, as well as Friday, the 14th, due to the All Saints Fair 2025, which will take place from October 31 to November 17. The suspension applies to all educational levels.
Baja California: He National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) and the State Secretary of Education agreed to extend the rest period for preschool, primary and secondary students on the occasion of the Day of the Dead 2025.
In the aforementioned entities, classes will resume on Tuesday, November 4.
