Passengers and a bus driver have reportedly been injured after a serious crash outside London Victoria station.
Part of Victoria Street outside the London Victoria Tube station has been cordoned off after a serious collision this morning.
The alarm was raised during rush hour at about 8.20am following reports of an incident involving a bus, the ambulance service said.
The London Ambulance Service said in a statement: ‘We were called at 8:20am this morning (4 September) to reports of an incident involving a bus on Victoria Street, SW1E. We currently have resources on the scene. The incident is ongoing and we are working with our emergency services partners. More to follow.’
There have reportedly been no fatalities.
The Met Police told Metro it cannot confirm the number of injuries yet, but it is understood that several people were hurt.
It is thought the injured bus driver and passengers have been taken to hospital.
Footage shows the bus number 24 to Hampstead Heath crashed on the side of the road, with its windscreen smashed.
