MEXICO CITY.- A video that circulates in social networks shows the president Claudia Sheinbaum asking flood victims think about his vote, this in response to complaints against a mayor from his same party for not providing help to those affected by the rains.
The recording was made during his tour of affected areas in Hidalgowhere inhabitants of Tianguistengo They asked him to take action against the mayor Febronio Rodríguez due to lack of support.

When questioned about her comments, the president assured that the video fragment was taken out of context and rejected that they were promoting the vote for her party.
“It was not promotion of the vote. I only responded to one resident who was complaining about the municipal president; They took the dialogue out of context to attack me politically”.
