President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo revealed that In the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) there are several investigation folders of the so-called “fiscal huachicol”, in which American businessmen are involved.
The President pointed out, that it cannot be explained that fuel comes from the United States illegally and that there are no citizens of that country involved.

“There are several investigation folders in the Prosecutor’s Office related to this issue. Some have already been presented to obtain arrest warrants, but there are American businessmen in the research folders.
During his morning conference this Thursday, acknowledged that this illegal entry of fuel of American origin continues, but indicated that it is now in smaller proportions.
He highlighted that the United States Department of Justice also has investigations into this crime.

“I repeat, it could not be explained how illegal fuel enters or enters illegally or even to a lesser extent enters without someone on the other side. In fact, the United States also mentioned it and the Department of Justice itself also has investigations,” Sheinbaum noted.
