Love Island turned into Ex on the Beach on Sunday when Harry Cooksley came face-to-face with one of his ex-girlfriends who had entered the villa to drum up chaos during Casa Amor.
Casa Amor NEVER fails to disappoint, and season 12 is no exception. During Sunday’s episode, the iconic neon-lit sign ushered in stunning bombshells: Emma Munro, Rheo Parnell, Andrada Pop, Yasmin Broom, Lucy Quinn, and Lauren Wood. The lads are entering seperately, but they’ve already been revealed.
It might have been a Love Island first, but this isn’t our first rodeo, so here’s everything we know about Harry and Emma’s romance before Love Island.

Right, so how long were Emma and Harry together before Love Island?
Details about Harry and Emma’s pre-Love Island relationship are still incredibly scarce, but she did tell ITV producers that they were together for just under five years before their messy breakup.
“Harry is my ex-boyfriend,” she said, dropping the proverbial mic. “Harry and I had been together for four years.”
Before Emma’s arrival in the villa, The Sun published deleted Instagram pictures which showed her posing next to Harry in a sunny location. They wore matching baseball caps with their initials on sometime around April 18, 2022.

In the same pre-show interview, Emma revealed how she and Harry had broken up because he was “misbehaving” – but that could mean a lot of things. Was he cheating? Kidnapping puppies and turning them into fur coats? We NEED more details.
After some further detective work, which is just a fancy way of saying I watched Sunday night’s episode again, it seems Harry outed himself as a cheat minutes before Emma entered the picture. During breakfast, he told Helena that he’d cheated on his ex a week into the relationship, and yet, they continued on with their relationship for years afterwards.
It’s not yet clear whether the “misbehaving” Emma mentioned was that one incident at the start of their relationship, or whether there were further transgressions. I’m thinking the latter, because why would you break up with someone for cheating four years after they did it?

In a video posted to the Love Island YouTube channel last month, Harry did an audio description of his looks for those with visual impairment. It was during this description that he claimed the “E” tattoo on his wrist was a tribute to his dead nan.
“I have one tattoo, on my left wrist, and it is the letter ‘E’. The letter ‘E’ is for my grandma, who sadly passed away a couple of years ago,” he said.
Despite that, Harry himself has admitted that the “E” tattoo was for a former girlfriend, now identified as bombshell Emma. He told Helena as much and confirmed it to Dejon when Emma entered Casa Amor.
