KANASÍN, Yucatán.— Paramedics of the Kanasín Municipal Police last night they attended to a young soccer player who he injured his head al hit squarely with a metal pole.
The events occurred at approximately 11 p.m. yesterday Wednesday when Joel Esteban C.B.19 years old, was playing soccer on the colony field Francisco Villa Oriente. The injured man’s brother informed the corporation that Joel Esteban was in the middle of a soccer game when, while running, he did not realize that he was going directly to the metal pole of the public lighting and, without putting his hands in, he hit himself directly on the forehead, which caused a 6-centimeter-long wound.

The paramedic who treated him sutured the wound and subsequently transferred the injured person to the Kanasín Health Center to undergo a medical evaluation.
