AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – A man accused of a shooting at the Bon Air apartments is now in custody.
According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, 61-year-old Dannie Luke was taken into custody Tuesday for the May 24th incident.
He allegedly shot a man that evening, who was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Luke is charged with:
- Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime
- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
- Aggravated Assault
He remains in the Richmond County Jail.
