With the objective of “improving safety, reducing emissions and increasing the quality of service” The Government of the State of Mexico issued, through the Secretary of Mobility I launch the call “Vehicle renewal program for concessionaires of the public taxi-type individual transportation service”.

Support is granted to units 10 or more years old and concessionaires may participate. the 125 municipalities of the State of Mexicoas long as they comply with the regulations and requirements.

What does the support consist of?

will be awarded a single payment of $80,000 pesos (Scrap Bonus) for the renewal of your vehicle unit through the Government of the State of Mexico and an additional one-time payment of $45,000 pesos for hybrid vehicles and of $80,000 pesos for electric vehicles by NAMEto complement the total amount.

Both bonuses are deposited directly to the manufacturer or distributor of the new vehicle, not to the beneficiary. Likewise, these bonds will be covered by the Government of the State of Mexicothrough the Semov in coordination with NAME. This is subject to operating rules and budget availability.

Who is summoned?

All natural and legal persons who are holders of a taxi concession and meet the following characteristics:

  • Are Mexican by birth or naturalization. • They reside in the State of Mexico.
  • They are 18 years old or older.
  • They have a valid concession title.
  • They have a unit that is 10 or more years old.
  • Comply with the other technical, administrative and credit criteria and requirements indicated by the Secretariat in the Operating Rules and the participating financial intermediaries.

What documents are required and where to present them?

These documents must be completed by the interested person or a legal representative and uploaded in PDF format to the same platform as part of your file.

Requirements for legal representatives of collective legal entities:

  1. Valid official identification, with photograph and signature.
  2. Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
  3. Current Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), matching the applicant’s data.
  4. Proof of tax address of the collective legal entity.
  5. Registration application, duly completed.
  6. Commitment letter, duly signed and initialed by the legal representative.
  7. Privacy notice, read and accepted by the legal representative.
  8. Constitutive act of the collective legal entity duly notarized before a notary public.
  9. Current power of attorney that accredits the legal representative with powers for administrative acts.
  10. Current concession title of the collective legal entity that it represents, and, if this is not in the name of the applicant, a document that certifies legal possession or transfer, such as the transfer of rights.
  11. Proof of Tax Status of the collective legal entity.
  12. Recording of the last assembly minutes, in case of recent reforms or changes.
  13. Positive tax compliance opinion issued by the Tax Administration Service (SAT), valid on the date of processing.
