The announcement of Taylor Swift’s new album, Life of a Showgirl, has inspired big-name brands to go orange. After the color scheme for the album was teased to be bright orange and mint green, multiple big brands launched orange-themed promotional campaigns—and they didn’t hold back on the glitter.
To celebrate the news of Swift’s 12th studio album, major brands jumped in on the trending marketing moment.
On Aug. 12, Starbucks went orange on Instagram, with a teaser suggesting it was a perfect night for coffee at midnight. “New era incoming 🧡❤️🔥,” the company’s social media post read.
FedEx shared a post on X with the words “Incoming Delivery” with an orange glitter background. “You know what looks good with orange??????? “ the company captioned the image with an emoji of a package.
On Instagram, United Airlines posted an image of an airplane taking off amid a glittery orange sky. The caption read: “Okay, finally calmed down enough to post something.”
Delta went with a similar orange sky theme and the caption, “Flying into the next era ❤️🔥.”
Six Flags also announced the dawn of a new era, via an orange glitter roller coaster, while Crumbl cookie went orange with “The Life of a Crumb Girl.” “See you next era… ❤️🔥😘 ,” the company wrote, teasing a future orange cookie collab.
Dunkin’s logo also went from regular orange to glittery orange with the reminder, “We’ve always been in our orange era.”
Petco posted an image of a kitten with an orange album and glitter, captioning it with, “Life of a showcat.”
Other brands that went orange in honor of Swift include Sonic Drive-In, M&Ms, Post-It, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
In addition, the Empire State Building was illuminated with orange lights on Aug. 12 in a nod to Swift. A post on the official Instagram account for the New York City landmark featured an image of the building lit with bright orange lights with the caption, “Onto the next era!”

Swift, 35, made the album announcement in a teaser for her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast on Aug. 12. In a promo shared at 12:12 a.m., the Grammy-winning singer opened up a mint green briefcase with the letters “TS” on it in orange. She then revealed that the case contained a copy of her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.
Ahead of the podcast episode, Betty Crocker’s Instagram page featured a series of orange iced, heart-shaped cookies with questions about Swift written on them. “Catch me stress baking until 7pm 8/13 ❤️🔥,” the caption read, referring to Swift’s scheduled debut on her Kelce’s podcast.
