Love Island 2025 is off our TV screens, but thankfully we can still maintain our parasocial relationships with the Islanders via our teeny phone screens. The gang are back in the UK, and are already updating us on their lives via social media. Here’s a look at what our fav members of the Love Island 2025 cast revealed in their first Insta posts since leaving the villa. Some of the finalists didn’t mention their partners and I am intrigued.
Angel

Her first Insta post since being on Love Island 2025 was perfectly pleasant, but not very juicy. This feels on-brand for her and Ty. She wrote: ” I’ve made friendships that I know will last a lifetime as well as, meeting my @tyishi98 who makes me the feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I feel so lucky to have shared this journey with such amazing people.” Aw.

He thanked the Love Island viewers who voted for him and Toni. She commented underneath, “my man my man my man.” Cach posted on his Insta story that people should follow Toni’s new TikTok. He also reshared Toni’s Insta post, which featured a pic of her looking super glam. Omg, is this… a man actually supporting a woman he’s in a relationship with? Woah!
Dejon

He and Meg have been busy on Instagram since the ex-Islanders voted them out the villa. Dejon has already posted three times – one pic of him and Meg, one carousel of behind-the-scenes pics of the boys, and one addressing the “hate” he’d received online.

Dejon wrote: “It’s been such a rollercoaster, and while I’ve definitely had my fair share of hate, the amount of love and encouragement I’ve received has honestly been overwhelming in the best way.”
Dejon also shared videos on his Insta story of him visiting Meg’s friends and family in Southampton.
Harry

He posted a pic of him and Shakira, captioned, “Second place never looked so good.” He’s also reignited his TikTok, which so far consists of a video of him playing football, a video of him shirtless in a garden, and a vlog of him travelling back from Mallorca. Upon returning to the UK, Harry went to Aldi, let his mother cook him dinner, and… brushed his teeth?

Although Helena left the villa with Blu, she didn’t mention him on Instagram whatsoever. Ouch. Instead, she gave a shoutout “to the morning coffee on the day beds that kept our heads on. The 5am therapy sessions outside the bathroom before bed, and the moments of pure madness where none of us knew what we were doing – but we showed up anyway, hearts open, walls down.” Helena then posted a pic of her looking radiant on a holiday.

Our fav golden retriever shared a very cute pic of him and Yas. He also posted a vlog of him and his friends having a day out in London, featuring extensive opinions on the beverages in Blank Street. I guess his influencer era is beginning.
Meg
She was tagged into that pic Dejon posted of them.

Meg also shared another post about her time in the villa, which didn’t mention Dejon by name at all. This is pretty surprising. Her caption was similar to Helena’s. She wrote: “To the friendships I’ve made for life, the belly laughs, the cries, the horrific nervous laughs, the smiles and the times where I wanted to leave.” I had no idea Meg wanted to leave the villa at some point?!

Shakira
The caption of her first Instagram post back didn’t mention Harry whatsoever. Ouch. Instead, she gushed about the other two members of the holy trinity – Toni and Yas. Sharkira wrote: “To be in the final with my two babies was definitely not on my Love Island bingo card!! Toni and Yas, I genuinely couldn’t have lasted a single day in that villa without you. I’m forever grateful I get to call you my friends.” She reshared lots of fan edits of those particular girls slaying together. Shakira called their presence in the final “a win for the Outcasts.” I am taking this as confirmation that The Divide was real, and not something made up by TikTokers.

Ty’s first post on Insta since the Love Island 2025 final was a very wholesome pic of him and Angel arriving at the airport. Most of his caption was in praise of Angel. He wrote: “I met a special girl along the way who brings out the best in me. The best things come when you least expect them, and I definitely didn’t expect to be leaving with Angel by my side.” Nawwwwww.
Yas
She’s been a bit quieter on socials than the other Islanders, because her cat sadly just died. Yas did thank Jamie, Toni and Shakira. Yas has also been resharing lots of fans’ edits of her in the villa.
