Bonnie Blue is currently on her “barely legal” across UK universities during Freshers’ Week – and boy don’t I know it. She’s visiting a total of nine unis to get up close and personal with freshers and people have starkly different opinions on the whole ordeal.
She’s already been to Glasgow, Newcastle, Lincoln and Leeds and was met by swarms of students who queued for selfies and signed T-shirts. Many students who don’t keep up with her antics are just really confused why she’s stomping around their local pubs and clubs on Freshers‘, posting videos of her interacting with people online.
Unfortunately, it’s literally all I can see on my FYP as her Bang Bus makes its way across the country. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, there’s some infuriatingly annoying TikTok sounds people are using on their videos. You know the one.
Here’s where the Bonnie Blue Bang Bus TikTok sound is from

So there are actually two songs being used on clips when people spot Bonnie or the Bang Bus in the wild. One is actually a Brazilian song called Predador de Perereca, by an artists Blow Records and MC Jhey. It’s a pretty explicit song about women – I’ll let you research those lyrics yourself.
But TikToker Rufus Rice of course had to get involved, making a song which featured lyrics about Bonnie and the Bang Bus. Stitching it to Predador de Perereca, he make a painfully niche TikTok sound especially for Bonnie Blue and the Bang Bus.
Seemingly naming it “Such a heavenly way to Jeet”, Rufus sang about Bonnie and her Bang Bus, even slipping in a mention of her rival Lily Phillips in there as well.
The lyrics read: “And if the Bonnie Blue bang bus, crashes into us, to jeet by your side is such a heavenly way to jeet. And if Bonnie and Lily, give me HIV, I’ll die by your side, looking at pictures of feet.”
Rufus then cracks up laughing at the end of the clip, which now has over 640k likes. Comments on the video read: “The Smiths if they were good” and “Ugh I hate when people are funnier than me.”
Another asked what the meaning of “Jeet” was, which is a term people use on TikTok meaning to sleep with someone, according to Gen Z.
So, thank’s Rufus for scarring my brain for life with those lyrics and making TikTok a hellish place to be this week. I’ll try again next week.
