It turns out loads of the Love Island 2025 cast members knew each other before the show. Despite there being literally millions of people in the UK, and apparently hundreds of thousands apply for the villa each year, somehow this has happened.
Under our noses all this time have been Islanders who run in the same circles, are exes, and had secret flings in the past. Here are all the Love Island 2025 cast members who knew each other before the show.
Harry and Emma

Ok, let’s start with the one we all know about – Harry and Emma very much knew each other before Love Island 2025. Emma was thrown into Casa Amor as Harry’s ex, and at first said she wanted nothing to do with him again. But has that changed?
They were together for just under five years before their messy breakup. “Harry is my ex-boyfriend,” Emma said, as she entered the show. “Harry and I had been together for four years.” They have loads of pictures together, and Harry even has an “E” tattoo on his wrist, for Emma.
Megan and Conor

Whilst Megan was still in the villa, people had thought she and Conor might have been dating before the show. It was spotted he follows her on socials, and there are some pictures of them appearing to be at the same place, at the same time. Then, she spilled all in an interview!
Megan said Conor slid into her DMs BEFORE Love Island, and he’s followed her on various socials for literally years. He’s persistent, that’s for sure.
“On day one [of Love Island] Conor told me that he followed me on Instagram four years ago,” Megan told heatworld. “I never followed him back. Since coming out I’ve seen that he follows me on TikTok and he’s commented on one of my TikToks. Again, I’ve not followed him back or even realised he’d commented on one. It’s nice that he’s still trying four years later, it’s worked out for him now I suppose.”
Lauren and Ty

The biggest revelation is that Casa Amor’s Lauren and Ty, who coupled up pretending they’d just met, have apparently HOOKED UP before Love Island?! I’ll rewind and explain the situation.
Lauren was given her place on the show by producers, after she took part in a “dry-run” of the villa. It turns out, Ty was there too!
A source told The Sun: “Ty and Lauren are acting like they’ve only just met but that’s far from the case. They hooked up during the dry run, which is where a fake cast moves into the villa to test out everything from camera angles, to kitchen appliances and run-through challenges.
“And then they even saw each other on the outside before ITV invited them back to be part of Casa Amor. Now they’re both in the main villa pretending like none of this ever happened but it’s all entirely fake and ITV know about it. Viewers deserve to know it’s all a huge sham.”
What’s more, the source said they stayed in touch beyond this as well! What in the big fat lies is going on?!
Billykiss and Cach

People are making links to claim that Billykiss and Cach may have been aware of each other before the show, or at least crossed paths a few times. It’s been confirmed Billykiss used to date Love Island legend Dami Hope. And who is Cach apparently friends with? Dami Hope. The Love Island circle really is small.
