PUEBLA.- Videos published on social networks they exhibit an alleged party inside the San Miguel de Puebla Prisonwhere several inmates can be seen drinking alcoholic beverages and living with women.
In the images shared on the account “San Miguel Puebla“, which they later eliminated, prisoners are observed with women and alcoholic beverages.
One of the videos was allegedly recorded this weekend and in a second image a sheet with date 10/28/2025 surrounded by beer cans and a message addressed to President Claudia Sheinbaum.

“President Claudia Sheinbaum, if you don’t have money to support Poza Rica, ask for a loan from Marcos Pavón and Jaguar, the owners of the San Miguel prison in Puebla. They lend you money with extortion and drug sales without a problem,” the text said.

Given the facts, the Secretary of Public Security of the State Government reported that it began an immediate investigation to clarify the circumstances in which the broadcast images were recorded and punish those responsible.

“It is important to emphasize that these events do not represent the entire penitentiary system in Puebla, where actions aimed at security, reintegration and respect for the human rights of people deprived of liberty are carried out daily, such as health days, cleaning of spaces, equipping classrooms or the recent modernization and installation of the video surveillance system,” he justified.
