The above led to the fact that on October 13, a group of neighbors lynched an alleged criminal while three others were badly injured.
The participants wearing white clothing walked through the main streets of the city until they reached the municipal presidency.
One of the conveners was the councilor of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM), Omar Ramireza member of the Security Commission in the Cabildo and who has repeatedly spoken out about insecurity in Actopan.
