After winning league MVP and NBA Finals MVP while leading the Oklahoma City Thunder to the 2024-25 NBA championship, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has picked up right where he left off last season.
Gilgeous-Alexander, 27, is averaging 32.6 points, 6.5 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Thunder, who thus far have run roughshod over the rest of the NBA to the tune of a 24-1 start. In his last game, the man known as SGA torched the Phoenix Suns for 28 points and eight assists on an efficient 11-of-15 shooting in the Thunder’s NBA Cup quarterfinal win Thursday night.
Off the court, Gilgeous-Alexander has also been busy. On Friday, he revealed his latest endorsement partnership, teaming up with AT&T as part of its new “Ball for All” campaign.
SGA the face of ‘Ball for All’
The AT&T “Ball for All” initiative provides fans with the opportunity to share their passion for the NBA and enter a sweepstakes to win a free League Pass subscription for the rest of the 2025-26 season.
“I’ve worked with AT&T for years to bring fans closer to the NBA, so joining Ball for All was a natural fit,” Gilgeous-Alexander told Men’s Journal. “We’ve teamed up across the regular season, playoffs, and All-Star, and the connection has always been strong. When they told me about Ball for All, it clicked immediately.”
In total, AT&T will be giving out 10,000 free League Pass subs, with SGA doing his part for fan outreach.
“I’m excited to connect with fans—their energy fuels the game,” he told Men’s Journal. “Surprising them with calls and gifting NBA League Pass is a great way to give back. AT&T giving away 10,000 passes helps bring fans closer to the sport, which is why I wanted to be part of this.”
When can you catch SGA and the Thunder next?
Oklahoma City has lost only once so far this season, and that was way back on Nov. 5. The Thunder return to the court in Las Vegas Saturday night against the San Antonio Spurs in the semifinals of the NBA Cup.
Tip-off is set for 9 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime Video. The winner of Spurs-Thunder will face the winner of the other semifinal between the New York Knicks and Orlando Magic on Tuesday night for the NBA Cup title.
