KwaZulu-Natal residents in the southern parts should brace for wet weather tomorrow. Showers and thundershowers are forecast across various parts of the province.
Forecaster Phemelo Zonke said the cold front is driving unstable weather over the southeastern regions, affecting both inland and coastal areas.
Fog and Reduced Visibility in the Morning in KwaZulu-Natal
Early morning fog patches are expected in some areas, potentially reducing visibility to less than a kilometre. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously during the morning commute.
Zonke advised, “Fog can set in quickly and unexpectedly in coastal and inland valleys. Keep headlights on low beam, maintain safe following distances, and avoid sudden stops.”
Regional Weather Overview
Tomorrow, showers and rain will also affect the Eastern Cape’s southern coastline, while thundershowers will occur in the Northern Cape and Free State.
KwaZulu-Natal’s interior will remain cooler, while coastal cities may see warmer breaks between showers.
