The CDMX Hoy No Circula program aims to: prevent, minimize and control the emission of pollutants coming from automobiles circulating in Mexico City.

Requirements to exempt in Hoy No Circula

1. Access the website here and enter with your CDMX Key.

• Valid official identification (INE) with photograph.
• Circulation card.
• Document in which the need for medical assistance is observed.

If you are a legal representative, you must prove your legal personality with the following documents:

• If you are a Natural Person: Power of attorney signed in front of two witnesses and copies of the official identification of those who sign it.
• If you are a Legal Person: Article of incorporation or power of attorney and official identification of the representative or attorney-in-fact.
• Finally, click on the finish option.
