With regard to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in companies, “The approach needs to be top-down“, which means it has to come from leadership.

This means that It is crucial for workers to have concrete instructions in this regard, in order to use AI in a collective approach (as a company team) and not from an individual point of view (of each member).
At the same time, it is important to equip people with the skills to use AI. Something that requires, in many cases, specific training, which already exists in many companies, working in the most varied sectors.
On the other hand, if a company “has a process for [por exemplo] customer service that doesn’t work and you use AI [para escalar]”, explains the businessman, “there will be an escalation process that doesn’t work”, he highlights. The first thing to do, before using that technology, “is to look inside” and evaluate the functioning of what already exists.
With the emergence and growth of tools that use AI, “the world has changed… but it hasn’t changed”, he says, to the extent that “the strategic objectives are the same; the vision may even be bigger now, but it hasn’t changed”, he recalls.
The key is, therefore, “thinking about how to bring more scale with impact, through the adoption of AI”, he explains.
