WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – Sunday, around 2:30 pm, Washington County Deputies, Washington County Emergency Management, Rescue, and Fire Services responded to the 4900 block of Hamburg State Park Road in Mitchell, Ga.
First responders were there investigating a boating incident with a drowning.
Approximately 4:30 pm, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Officials recovered the body of the missing boater.
The drowning victim has been identified as 24-year-old Brandon Still, Jr. of Warrenton.

Emergency personnel successfully rescued two of three young men that were stranded in the waters.
The Sheriff says Still and two others were fishing when the two boats the men were in capsized.
