It would seem before Love Island 2025, Harry Cooksley headed out to Turkey to get a hair transplant. He had it done six years ago, but since he’s been in the villa clips from a video the clinic posted have been going viral.
Now, don’t you worry, I’ve tracked down the video. It’s from YouTube, and follows Harry’s journey from start to finish. Yes, there are plenty of before and after pictures.
Harry had the work done with EstePera Hair Clinic, which calls itself the “best hair transplant clinic in Turkey”. To be fair, it does score 4.9 in Google reviews, which is very impressive.

The video shows Harry explaining he had recently arrived in Istanbul. He can be seen with a shaved head, wearing a branded headband. He explains he’s staying at a four-star hotel, and I’ll be honest, the video does feel quite borderline rehearsed. There’s some very copyright free vibey music playing, as pictures of Harry’s hotel room show.

Harry went on to explain the process of getting the transplant done, whilst a bunch of photos of his previous hairline are on screen. He was getting it done from around 10am-4pm. Harry describes the process as “pain free” and says he is “delighted” with the outcome.

According to the website of the clinic, the average cost for what Harry had done is around £5,600. That’s inclusive of the treatment, and all the extras such as the hotel stay etc that Harry got.

Harry isn’t the only Love Island 2025 cast member to have had a hair transplant before the villa. Ben did too! He stayed at home for his treatment, and spent £2,500 on it.
