After going down 2-1 to Vitesse in their first match of the pre-season, Kaizer Chiefs will look to improve when they play Utrecht on Friday.
The match will unfortunately be played behind closed doors. Kick off is scheduled for 16:00 however the venue is yet to be disclosed. The remaining three games will be broadcasted on Kaizer Chiefs’ official YouTube channel.
The match against Vitesse was steamed on the club’s channel on Tuesday evening. Despite going down 2-1, Amakhosi fans go a chance to see their new players in action.
Kaizer Chiefs go down in their first pre-season match
Chiefs‘ Corporate Communications Manager Vina Maphosa confirmed that the club’s matches in the Netherlands will be available for streaming.
“Our pre-season camp in the Netherlands is well underway, and we will be live streaming our practice games on the Kaizer Chiefs YouTube channel,” he said.
“It’s fantastic news that our supporters will be able to watch our team live in action. They will also be able to see some of our new players.
“So, stay tuned for an exciting glimpse into the team’s preparation for the new season!”
With no supporters in Kaizer Chiefs’ next match, it remains to be seen if Amakhosi can improve. Amakhosi have signed six new players so far but expect more signings in the coming weeks.
